Tips on Finding GLAD
- Navigate to W4335 Laurel Street (be sure it is STREET), Lake Geneva. We are located in Knollwood subdivision which you access off Route 50. Do NOT go to Laurel Road in Lake Como.
- Also, we are about ½ mile west of Pesche’s on Route 50. Turn south from Route 50 onto Knollwood Drive. Continue down the road and turn west onto Laurel Street, continue down the road to our sign.
- There is a sign at our driveway and a sign at our studio entrance. Turn left into our driveway at the sign on our fence. Continue up the driveway to the last building on the RIGHT. We have a basement entrance. Park in the parking spot to the left of the basement entrance. It is next to a garage.
Drop Off Instructions
- Call us and let us know that you will be dropping off some garments, give us a verbal description of the work you need, and the date you will be dropping off (during our business hours).
- Place your item on a hanger with a plastic bag over the clothing for protection.
- Leave your name and cell phone number attached to your clothing item.
If you need to be measured or show us more detail about your alterations, please call to make an in person appointment with us. We love seeing our customers, but we spend most of our day tending to client alterations, so we can not support unscheduled visits. Thanks for your understanding!
